Welcome to My Website

I have been licensed in the Real Estate business for over 10 years. During that time I have successfully brokered the sale of residential and commercial real estate in the Greater Toronto Area. Less than 5 years ago, I was involved in the management and exclusive listing and sale of a 35 Million Dollar development project in Toronto. This allowed me to gain not only an insight into commercial real estate development on a mass scale, but also accumulate an unprecedented level of satisfaction with my clients.

Nothing less is acceptable. Being associated with Re/Max Hallmark Realty, Toronto’s largest firm by sales volume, gives me the exposure to an enormous amount of skilled sales professionals and together we can provide unprecedented service to my clients.

I will personally answer your phone calls, emails, or any form of digital outlet that I have available. I am bilingual and conduct my business in English and Cantonese. I also have an understanding of Mandarin, which is helpful in the case of many overseas and new immigrant clients.

At an early age, I was (and still am) influenced by architectural and industrial design. I graduated with a Master of Architecture degree from University of Toronto, which has proved to be immensely useful allowing me to give my clients innovative suggestions and expert advice.

The Offer

You’ve found that perfect house! What do you do now? Your Sales Representative will prepare an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, including any custom clauses you may require. Most Buyers will make an offer provided certain conditions are met.


It is important to be qualified or pre-approved for financing before you start looking for a home. This lets you and your agent know what you can afford as well as providing a written confirmation or certificate for a fixed interest rate good for a specific period of time.

Home Inspection

This condition provides an opportunity to have the property inspected by a qualified person who will look for any major defects in the building prior to your entering into a firm agreement. Many Buyers choose to have a termite inspection done as well.
