Anthony was the agent of the seller when we bought a commercial property on Bayview Avenue in Richmond Hill. Even though he was not our agent, he helped us in some unexpected circumstances, beyond his duties. “I’ve known Anthony for more than 16 years and knew it was only a matter of time that I contacted him for his expertise on real estate. My wife had specific criteria on finding the right house (fully detached, backing onto a ravine, not close to railways, busy streets, flight paths, hardwood flooring, bathroom could not be in the middle of the house, etc..)
